How's this for Location?
Cache Canyon River Trips offers the closest whitewater to the San
Francisco Bay Area. Located on the Eastern slope of the Coast Range (about 45
minutes northwest of Vacaville's Factory Outlet Wonderland), Class three Cache
Creek is one of only two major California rivers that flow to the east. For some
of the best whitewater enjoyment anywhere. Bring your friends or family, we will
make your visit to the river an event to remember!
You Are The Captain!
Cache Canyon River Trips offers the only
self-guided whitewater trips in the state.
At Cache Canyon, you can stop and
picnic, swim or sunbathe whenever or wherever you want.
It's the Warm Water!
2008 will be another wonderful water year at Cache Canyon. Thank you Mother
Nature for a wet winter. We are located in the Coast Range where the mountains
are only up to 3000 ft. tall. Hence, snow pack is never a factor and the
water is warm ! The water flow is constant due to the farmer's demand for
irrigation. The sources of Cache Creek are two large bodies of water:
Clear Lake and Indian Valley Reservoir. This year all of your favorite
rapids will be speaking and you can expect a fabulous flow of warm white
water. 2008 will be a wonderful water year at Cache Canyon.

Can I do this?
You might be asking yourself if you can handle this. Class 3 is
perfectly suited for our Achillies 2 person rafts. This is the novel
aspect of what Cache Canyon offers; A chance for you and your partner to have
your own raft and go at your own pace.
There are only 4 criteria to do this safely:
You have to want to do it
It is a good idea to be physically able
Pay close attention to the orientation
Respect the River!
We do a great deal of business with schools, scouts and church groups.
This
is a team building and fun experience that works well for kids or corporate
professionals.
