A 1 Day Rafting Trip includes; 1 day of rafting, lunch, all equipment, safety orientation, parking and transportation. Drinks are not provided, so please bring plently of liquids in either plastic bottles or aluminum cans as glass is not allowed. You also need to bring a softshell cooler with ice to store them in for your trip.
* Please note, there is no camping included with the 1 day rafting trip. For those looking to camp, you'll need to book a 2 Day Rafting Trip.
When you make a reservation with Cache Canyon River Trips, we hold your space for you. With this said, we often have to turn other rafters away. Therefore, we will make no exceptions to our reservation and cancellation policy.
Reservations cancelled 21 days or more prior to the date of your trip will be refunded in full, minus the booking fee
For trips cancelled between 8 and 20 days prior to your trip a credit will be issued for that season
There will be absolutely no refunds or credits for trips cancelled 7 days or less prior to your trip date
You may find a replacement for yourself and/or group. All cancellations must me made in writing 21 days prior to your trip. Please consider short-term, low-cost trip insurance which will protect you in case of an emergency.
Trip Insurance
Trip insurance entitles the purchaser a refund for the full pre-paid price of a rafting trip when cancelling the trip for any reason. In order to be eligible for a refund, the purchaser must notify Cache Canyon River Trips of their intention to cancel a rafting trip on or before the date of their rafting trip. All cancellations must be made by telephone, email, in person or in writing.
The price paid for trip insurance is non-refundable and must be purchased at the same time as your rafting trip. Trip insurance cannot be purchased for a trip already booked.
* Cache Canyon River Trips requires rafters to be a minimum of 12 years of age and requires a minimum of 2 people per raft (no one rafts alone).
